Just a little leg day motivation. This is a quick recap of my leg session on 9/3/2016. HIGH Volume, moderate to lower weight with the exception of 3 Heavy Back Squat Sets. This is a hypertrophy routine focused on growth.

Squats: 10 sets of 10
Followed by: 3 Heavy sets of 3
Leg Press: 10 sets of 10
Calf Raises: 10 sets of 10
Leg Curl: 5 Sets of 10
Reverse Hyperextensions: 6 Sets of 12
Battle Rope HIIT: 15 minutes 30 Second Bursts with 30 Second Rest Periods
