Chest Day with DK

Hitting Chest at The Firm Mpls today. Keeping it simple and throwing in some shoulder work.

I did a little rear delt work because I have a slight shoulder impingement which is due to too much push work and too little emphasis on rear delts. I have been working in more shoulder rotational moves, and incorporating some band work to rehab.

This workout took me about 45-50 minutes. I did:

6 working sets of flat dumbbell bench press, with a drop set at the end

3 sets of light rear delt raises

3 sets of light lateral raises

3 sets of light front raises (not filmed)
