The Back To Basics Workout

I’ve been focusing on bringing up my foundation lifts and decreasing the accessory moves as of late. This is one of my quick routines. It’s pretty close to a modified 5×5

Overhead Press:
Warm up
5×5

Back Squat
Warm up
5×5

Single Arm Standing OHP
Warm Up
5×5 each arm

Threw in a few raises for a pump

Tricep Push downs
Warm up
4 sets 12 reps
Superset with reverse curls off camera

Took about an hour
